David Delhanty (Bsc hons economics) was born in England. Before embarking on a career in Koh Samui real estate, he worked extensively as an IT consultant in London. Specialising in investment banking, the companies he worked at include Goldman Sachs, Morgan Grenfell Asset Management, DKB International and Natwest Markets.

Prior to working in Koh Samui real estate, Matthew Smith, also from England, spent five years as a sales manager for the largest financial publisher in the world, Euromoney Plc. His career also includes working for Mizuno Sports Company ltd as a sales account manager and working at London Baltic Exchange as a promotional sales manager.

Before working for RSP, Mark Smyth, from the UK, was working as a licensee in central London. Prior to this, he had a career in the music industry. Starting at the tender age of just 17, he quickly worked his way up the ladder to be world wide sales manager at just 20 years old. He first visited Thailand in 2001 only for 3 months, but like so many people he fell in love with the country and its people, and ended up staying for more than 2 and a half years.
